The idea behind the LOFT brand was clear from the beginning and it was to set up that kind of concept in Novi Sad which will include excellent product, carefully selected menu, amazing location, pleasant and innovative interior, and young people that can communicate all our values and to have all that wrapped up in a most organic way so that a guest can have a recognizable experience, which is the main focus of our attention. Our values go way beyond our city and our country and we are happy to have our guests confirm that daily. We also took upon ourselves the entertaining role of educators, introducing our curious audience about particular coffees, craft beer, wines or food that they didn't have a chance to try before. Behind this whole idea stands a young team who with knowledge, energy and effort welcome hundreds of our guests every day.

When it comes to interior design, there is no end to our guests' positive feedback. Whether they are seated indoor or outdoor, they get endless opportunities to spot new and interesting details: our tile patterns on the bar, our double door entrance hall, kitchen on a gallery, lighting, a favorite chair. LOFT ROASTERY is a new step forward in improving our approach to the coffee as to a product that needs a lot of dedication. New LOFT Roastery brings us the possibility of continuous quality control, a more creative approach to the coffee selection in LOFT COFFEE&FOOD bars and to be able to offer freshly roasted LOFT coffee that you know and love for you to enjoy at home.

WHY IS FRESH ROAST IMPORTANT FOR THE QUALITY OF THE COFFEE?

The way coffee is roasted gives to it its particular aroma, taste, and color. Due to different types of roast which all produce a preferred range of properties, coffee can have from lightest to darkest roast. The caffeine content also depends on the way that coffee is roasted, meaning that the darker the roast, the percentage of caffeine goes down. The origin of the coffee also dictates the temperature of the roasting process. During that process aromatic oils are formed, sugars are caramelized and the bean changes color from golden to dark brown, depending on the roast profile and aroma that wants to be achieved. The knowledge and the experience of the master roaster will influence the result of this process which will give us the possibility to always enjoy our favorite cup of coffee.

It was created to satisfy the thirst of anyone who tries is, so this witty lady will be a perfect companion for any time of the day.

This Mildly Dark Pale Ale is our pride, our label made in partnership with 3bir brewery from Novi Sad. Try it out on tap or bottled. Even as a relatively young brand in the Serbian craft beer scene, 3bir is building their reputation with quality, continuity, and certainty. Today, 3bir brewery is amongst craft makers with the fastest rise, ranked third in Serbia in craft beer production, and the biggest one in Novi Sad. They are located in Futoški put 93b, Novi Sad and that's where the production process is completed.

LOFT Wines are made in partnership with Virtus Winery, founded in 2010 in the Mlava area, in Požarevac subarea. Fantastic geo-climatic conditions in this area are allowing for high-quality wines to grow today as it did thousands of years before, several archeological explorations on antique sites can witness to that. The idea of the Virtus team with a special approach in winemaking was recognized by world wine experts and jurors from the renowned international competitions in a short time.

Voće koje koristimo za pravljenje LOFT rakije se koristi na vrhuncu zrelosti, kad je procenat šećera najviši, što našim rakijama daje bogat i čist voćni ukus. Redestilacijom dobijamo finalni destilat u kom su očuvane sve one materije koje rakiji daju intenzivan i prefinjen ukus i topao i dugotrajan aftertaste.

Odležavanje koje u proseku traje tri godine daje za rezultat rakije harmoničnog ukusa i prepoznatljivog voćnog mirisa, savršene i osvežavajuće čistoće.

Naši likeri spajaju najbolje iz tradicionalnog i modernog sveta. U njima su savršeno izbalansirane mudrost i znanje, intenzivno iskustvo i savremeni istraživački duh. Za naš Liker od MEDA koristi se duplo destilisana rakija od DUNJE koja sazreva tokom 24 meseca, da bi zlatno-žuti MED odležao u njoj još pola godine. Naš NOĆINO (orahov liker) pripremamo od ZELENIH ORAHA koji odležavaju u voćnoj rakiji sa aromatičnim biljem i lekovitim travama. Gorko-slatki ukus je dobro balansiran – osvežiće vas i u isto vreme osećaj topline će opiti sva vaša čula.
